Prices

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT FEES AND SERVICES


I. Participation Fee

Early bird period (October 16 – November 16) — available only for MEKSZ member companies: HUF 159,000 + VAT

From November 17:

  • For MEKSZ member companies: HUF 189,000 + VAT

  • For non-member companies and private individuals: HUF 229,000 + VAT

The participation fee includes:

  • Attendance at all professional sessions

  • Buffet lunches

  • Coffee breaks

  • Evening gala dinner and entertainment


II. Discounts

The following complimentary tickets are provided for MEKSZ member companies:

  • Single members – 1 ticket

  • Integrated members – 2 tickets

  • Supporting members (Silver level) – 1 ticket

  • Supporting members (Gold level) – 2 tickets

  • MEKSZ officials (Board members, Committee Chairs)

Discounts will be deducted automatically after registration, and the final payable amount will be communicated via email before the pro forma invoice is issued.


III. REGISTRATION, PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS

After registration, participants will receive a confirmation email.
(When registering, participants must approve the provided data and accept the “Registration, Payment and Cancellation Terms.”)

Once these terms are accepted, MEKSZ will send the final payable amount (after applying any discounts) based on the approved registration details.

  • For registrations completed in 2025, the pro forma invoice will be sent on January 5, 2026.

  • For registrations from January 1, 2026, the pro forma invoice will be sent within 48 hours.

  • Please settle payment within 15 working days of receiving the invoice.

After payment, participants will receive a prepayment invoice by email and/or post, and a final invoice will be sent after the conference closes.
For registrations made within 15 days before the event, only an invoice will be issued (no pro forma).

Online registration constitutes a binding order.
Participation in the event is subject to full prepayment of the participation fee
(except for registrations made within 15 days before the conference).

Cancellations will be accepted until January 26, 2026, and must be submitted by email to .
In this case, the participation fee will be refunded within 20 days after the conference closes.

From January 27, 2026, cancellations will not be accepted, and the participation fee will not be refunded.
In case of non-attendance, the participation fee must still be paid.
After full payment, participation may be transferred to another person.


⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICE

The Hungarian Energy Traders’ Association (MEKSZ) reserves the right to change the date of the event.
If the event date is changed, participants will be notified in a timely manner.
Participation fees already paid will remain valid for the new date or may be transferred to another participant.
Participants must indicate cancellation within 5 working days if the new date is unsuitable;
in such cases, the paid fee will be refunded within 20 days.

If the event cannot be held on the scheduled date due to legal, regulatory, or external circumstances beyond the organizers’ control,
MEKSZ will refund all payments in full within 20 days following the announcement of the decision.
