THE GREENERGY GROUP OF COMPANIES ("GREENERGY") IS A HUNGARIAN-OWNED, INDEPENDENT ENERGY COMPANY, PRIMARILY BASED IN HUNGARY, FOUNDED IN 2002.
The Group currently owns and operates more than 55 MW of small gas-fired power plants, but also has a portfolio of nearly 22 MW of small renewable power plants (wind, solar and biomass), which demonstrate the Group's commitment to a sustainable environment and its increasing focus on environmental protection and green energy for long-term sustainability. The Group's total electrical capacity from 2023 will be approximately 80 MW!
Over the last two years, the Greenergy Group has expanded its activities and is now able to cover the entire process of implementing a small power plant, from the initial planning phase through to construction, operation and maintenance, and to sell the electricity generated by existing plants.
