Prices

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON PRICES AND SERVICES

I. Participation fee:

For HETA member companies: 149.000 HUF + VAT

For non-MEKSZ member companies and individuals: 199.000 HUF + VAT

The participation fee includes:

  • Participation in professional programmes
  • buffet lunches
  • coffee breaks
  • evening gala dinner, show.

The conference will be held in Hungarian and English - simultaneous interpretation will be provided.

II. Discounts:

10% discount on the participation fee for registration between 1 October and 29 October 2024.

Free tickets for HETA member companies will be provided as follows:

  • Single members 1 ticket
  • Integrated members 2 tickets
  • Silver-level support members 1 ticket
  • Gold-level support members 2 tickets
  • HETA stuff (board members, committee chairs)

Discounts will be deducted after registration, the amount to be paid will be sent by email before the proforma invoice is sent.

III. APPLICATION, PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

After registration is completed, a confirmation email will be sent. (The registration details and the "Application, Payment and Cancellation Terms and Conditions" must be approved.) After the "Application, Payment and Cancellation Terms and Conditions" are approved, the amount to be paid will be sent, with the deduction of the Discounts, based on the details approved during registration. For those who register in 2024, we will send the proforma invoice on 2 January 2025, for those who register from 1 January 2024, we will send the proforma invoice within 48 hours, which we kindly ask you to pay within 15 working days. After the financial settlement, the advance invoice will be sent by email and/or post to the email address and/or postal address provided at the time of registration, and the final invoice will be sent to the email address and/or postal address provided at the time of registration at the end of the conference. An invoice will be sent within 15 days of the conference.

Online registration constitutes an order. Participation in the event is conditional on full payment of the registration fee in advance (except for registration within 15 days prior to the annual HETA Conference). Once the application is finalised and submitted, cancellations will only be accepted until 27 January 2025 and must be sent by email to . In this case, the registration fee will be refunded no later than 20 days after the closing of the conference. From 28 January 2025, no cancellations will be accepted and no refund will be made. The participation fee will still be due in case of absence from the event. After full payment of the participation fee, participation is transferable.

ATTENTION!

The Hungarian Energy Traders' Association reserves the right to change the date of the event. If the date of the event is changed, the Hungarian Energy Traders' Association will inform the participants of the new date in due time. The redeemed and paid participation fees are valid for the modified date or, if the new date would not be suitable, are transferable. Cancellation must be declared within 5 working days. In case of cancellation, the fee paid will be refunded within 20 days.

If the event cannot take place on the date set due to legal or regulatory restrictions, prohibitions or other external circumstances beyond the control of the parties, the Hungarian Energy Traders' Associaton will refund the fees paid in full within 20 days of the publication of the decision.
